R. Kelly Trial Date Set

A date has finally been set for R. Kelly's child pornography trial. Opening arguments begin on Oct. 13, according to Metro Networks. As previously reported, Kelly faces charges of child pornography for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl.

He has proclaimed his innocence since the investigation began years ago and denies that he is the man in the video. Don't set your TiVo's just yet for Court TV however. Sources from that network tell us that the trial's judge may prevent cameras from entering the courtroom because the case involves a minor.(source)
